Help us spread the word about the 49th annual Atlanta Film Festival!

ATLFF '25 will be here before you know it and we need your help getting the word out! Join our Street Team and post ATLFF ‘25 promotional material (Posters, Post Cards, Window Cards, etc.) all around Metro Atlanta. Participants can earn amazing perks ranging from a Virtual to All-Access Badges to the 2025 festival by volunteering on our Street Team.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Street Team volunteers are tasked with distributing promotional materials, to get the Metro Atlanta area excited for the festival. In order to receive a badge street team participants must log their progress by submitting pictures of their posted promotional material. Follow the steps below to join our Steet Team for ATLFF 2025

  • Great question! The more locations you track, the better your reward will be.

    25+ points posted: Virtual Badge—all-you-can-see ATLFF films and conference online! ($100 value)

    50+ points posted: Film Badge—priority line access ($200 value)

    100+ points posted: Film and Conference Badge—priority line access + Creative Conference ($300 value)

    150+ points posted: All-Access Badge—priority line access + Creative Conference + parties, and special events ($400 value)

  • Points are calculated and what type of promo material you distribute and its placement. Look below to see how points are counted

    +2 point for leaving smaller ATLFF Postcard on community boards, on information table, and exterior postings (light posts, bus stops, etc.)

    +3 points for posting large flyer on community boards, leaving flyer on information table, and exterior postings (light posts, bus stops, etc.) OR Small flyers on outside walls or in the window pane of business.

    +5 points for posting large poster on outside walls or in the window pane of business.

    Material posted at the same location as another poster/flyer will not be considered

    This point system is only valid for Street Team volunteering opportunity and cannot be combined with general Volunteer hours

    • Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

    • Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

    Tracker Form Submission Deadline

    • April 9th at 11:59 p.m.

  • Yes! A hundred times yes. Please apply to be a volunteer, attend a Volunteer Orientation, and prepare yourself for an onslaught of incentives and gratitude.

 

1) Join the email list to stay up-to-date on Street Team needs and material distribution!

Street Team Applications are closed for the 2025 Atlanta Film Festival. Find other ways to volunteer here. If you have already signed up for Street Team, please submit your progress to the Street Team Tracker Form here.

2) Pick-up materials to distribute!

Postcards, flyers and/or window cards (small posters) will be available for pick-up at The Plaza Theatre.

Material Pickup Dates

  • Monday, March 10, 2025 at 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

  • Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

  • Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Tracker Form Submission Deadline

  • April 9th at 11:59 p.m.

3) Drop them off wherever you'd find people who make or love movies. 

Local schools, colleges and universities. Your favorite bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Anywhere you work, eat or play is fair game for the ATLFS Street Team. Use your best judgment and drop them off with care.
You have until April 9th to post and track all promotional materials

4) Picture or it didn't happen.

We need to see your work to count it. Photo quality doesn't matter; as long as we can see the materials in place, you're all set.

5) Track your distribution!

Tracking your distribution is two-fold, after taking a photo you must submit the image along with location details in order for it to go towards winning a ATLFF ‘25 badge. Each submission can only include one document. You can either submit each image and location detail separately or put images listed with their location details into a single PDF.
